People want Apple, people want porn. Porn has been with us since time immemorial

http://en.wikipedia.org/wik...

We are sexual animals, repressing sexual desire leads to problems like rape and sex crime.

The real issue is - does porn do a huge amount of harm?

If you listen to the brainwashed religious right then you will find evidence of the dangers of porn everywhere you look but it doesn't stand up to close scrutiny.

There's a very simple answer to your concern, if you don't like porn don't look at it.

There's no reason why there couldn't be an adult app store separate from the usual app store and again, you wouldn't have to access it.

If porns very existence would be a problem for you then that's pure prudishness.

Studies show that where porn is more readily available there is less sex crime. See this article at 'The Scientist' for example:

http://f1000scientist.com/a...

Thats why attitudes to sex and porn such as those you've displayed are actually more harmful than good and yes very Victorian.

The Victorians treated there women appallingly and as with other society's where sexuality is oppressed sex crime was a big problem.

Re: Why we need porn on the iphone

Totally disagree. Freedom from porn, and it's pernicious, rapacious, greedy and ugly commercialism is absolutely necessary.

It isn't Victorian. Victorians had nothing like the quantity of porn that's available today. No age ever had. It's absolutely right that you have the freedom to view it....but those who don't want to, whether that's a logistical, convenient or other reasoned choice should have THAT freedom too. For all porn's liberal credentials, it's actually got fuck all to do with liberalism - and everything to do with $s at any cost. And they - and you - can quite simply - fuck off somewhere else - and still get everything you want.

Re: Pointless iphone apps – Hello cow

Most of the apps are pointless like this, but some people like these apps

Re: Edit photos like a pro on your iphone

Hey, very nice site. The term itself (hobo) is offensive and outdated. All this is is a kid's pet app, in which the pet is replaced with a human being. The homeless are a group of people without much of a voice and very little respect, so using them in this way is seen as acceptable to some people. Too bad.

Re: Cats love the ipad!

Oh!...that's great helpful, it's so right to me! You see, the iPhone is just an expensive paper weight without applications (Apps). The Apps transform a simple iPhone into a productivity, entertainment, and reference powerhouse

Apple has helped its customers download over 4 BILLION Apps in the last 3 years.

Apple isn't in the business of creating Apps. They want YOU to create them. Once you create them, they will put your App in front of MILLIONS with the click of a button. What happens next is magical. You make cash (lots of it); all with Apple's enthusiastic blessing

iFart Makes $27,249 in One Day - Why Is This Great News For You?

A year ago, my friend and I were talking about the launch of a completely obnoxious iPhone App called iFart.

The App is simple. Press a button and completely embarrass everyone in the room. It's a gag...that made its creators over $27,000 in a single day.

http://b21acibgt4bt8z02v0so...

Re: iHobo – a homeless man for your iphone!?

What's next?
